Draught @ CBC 2013 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, DenmarkUnclear medium to dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, malty, keller, light chocolate, light earthy. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, keller, malty, light roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130504]

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is mild vegetable yeasty and roasted malty. Bitter, roasted malty and breadish. Light caramelish and dry malty into a ligt bitter finish.

Draft. A black beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, soy sauce, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, straw, and caramel. The body is light.

Tap @ CBC. very dark brown with small tan head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate and caramel. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, caramel, medium sweet, hop, little liquorice and a little bitter.

Sample at CBC 2013, Saturday. Black with a small head. Chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, some dried fruit. Smooth mouthfeel. Soft and relaxed.

Fat på CBC 2013. En riktigt bra porter med tydlig chokladkaraktär, kaffe, mörk torkad frukt, söt lakrits, russin, vanilj, len och krämig. Mycket trevlig och ovanligt välbalanserad för bryggeriet.
