Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear gold body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up a pulse of chili pepper meat and spiciness and a mild soured citrus sensation. The taste delivers crisp tangy sour lemon and lime infused with chili pepper meat and initially really no heat. It picks up the gose grains and faint salt to midway. Persistent under everything tomato bubbles away adding another tasty facet. Solid. Really fun beer. Can drink lots of this.

Sample at the Shelton Festival. Pours a dull, orange color, with a small, fleeting head. The aroma is white bread, light acidic tomatoes, hay, and pine. Sweet and lightly bitter. Not much spice. Light body, with a crisp, clean palate. Surprisingly nice, but nothing special.

Can. Moderate haze, no head, light amber. Aroma of lactic acid, green chile. Tart flavour with lots of chile, just a bit of malt. Not bad execution but not my cup of beer
