Live rate. Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear gold body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up thin floral and honey awash amidst lemon and sour citrus nuanced white wine and then a bit of vinegar toward the end of the draw. The taste delivers quick tart puckering acidity and then sour citrus. As it dries right out into the finish floral and oak woodiness seem to peak out briefly. Nice stuff with some restraint in the puckering department.
