Selby American Pale, what happens when we wanted more America in our Selby Pale. Not satisfied with only Cascade, for our American Pale we also added Citra to add extra oomph to the hoppy and fruity character. Citrus and tropical fruits are present throughout this American I.P.A., but as a traditional brewery we wanted to retain the brightness you'd expect, so you'll find no haze here.

Waiting Room, Whitby Railway Station. Half-pint, hand-pulled, end of barrel. Slight haze to the amber body, white head. Bitter and a little sour (should have taken it back, but it might always have a vinegar like taste?).

Skipton Beer Festival 2023. Golden coloured ale. Mildly sweet-hoppy brew in both aroma and taste at an easy strength. Slightly soapy with a bitter finish.
