375ml bottle. Quasi black colour with small to average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, tan head. Caramel malty and Bourbon aroma, notes of dark caramel, treacle, some vanilla, some oak, yeasty spicy overtones with a marmite touch, fruity hints of plum butter. Taste is dry woody, slightly sweet, caramel malty, notes of treacle, caramel, dark caramel, Bourbon, a touch of vanilla, some oak, a tannic touch, fruity hints of plum butter, whiffs of Marsala; minimally warming, alcoholic finish, well hidden alcohol overall. Viscous texture, smooth, soft, silky, minimally cloying palate, fine, soft carbonation. Not overly complex, sweet but still balanced due to the tart-ish, tannic counterpart, relatively drinkable - nice sipper.

Dark brown color. Bourbon aroma and a smooth, sweet, bourbon flavor. No bitterness.
