Draught @ CBC 2013 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, DenmarkUnclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, peach, moderate yeasty, leather. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, peach, fruity, hoppy, yeast, brett. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130504]

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. What a head! Gigantic, heavy lacing, dense and it won't go away. The beer itself is light blurry and golden in color. The nose has subtle lime, some wheat and lots of brett. Really nice non extreme aroma. Soft prickling carbonation with a mild oily mouthfeel. It's a bit wood-dry, lots of interesting and refreshing brett tones all the way here. A little bit of some acidic or even sour fruits before its ending in a lovely citra-hoppy and fruit finish. Refreshing and original. A great brew! 04.05.2013

Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012 - Session II. Pours clear, bright yellow-gold with a large, frothy white head. Big brett nose, some grapefruit, melon. Light to medium sweet flavor with crisp grapefruit, cleansing brett, pineapple. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Clean, dry finish with light funky poo, brett, more pinapple and grapefruit. Just lovely.

CBC. Hazy yellow with a big white head. Inviting aroma of citrus peel and pineapple, with plenty of funky brett character. Dry and rather sharp cirtus dominated flavour with funk, hay and barnyard

Draft @ CBC 2013. Pours a pale yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity malty sour bretty citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty spicy hoppy bretty flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter bretty citrus finish.

Super hazy golden coloured body with a corn and maize glow and a thick, four centimetre rather soapy just off-white head. Aroma of pungent and resinous hops - full of alpha acids with a good curacao and coriander seed wheaty scent and some pungent yeast strain - very nice. Medium-bodied; Nice complex flavour with curacao, coriander seed, wheat, yeast, bubble gum, pungent hops and a lot of piney and floral notes - very nice and super complex. Aftertaste shows the great deal of complexity and the nice hop flavours that persist - especially the yeast notes too. Overall, a very nice beer and one that you should sample if you can find it! I sampled this 75 cL bottle purchased from La Bodega in Anchorage, Alaska earlier today on 23-May-2013 sampled in my B&B in Copper Center, Alaska on 23-May-2013 to celebrate a Detroit victory over Chicago in the 2013 NHL Playoffs.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is peachy and light citrusy. Mild grapefruity. Smooth pachy fruity, mellow brett. Bitter and light dry into a light bretty finish. Smooth and easy.

Draught @ CBC2013. Pours tiny hazy pale golden with a creamy and frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick sticky lacing on the glass. Smell is fruity and funky with crackers, peaches, apricots, mango, papaya, pineapple, freshly cut grass, pine needles, pink grapefruit juice, lemon zest, dry soil, passionfruit, gooseberries and hints of barnyard. Taste is bitter, fruity and funky with crackers, freshly cut grass, dry soil, pink grapefruit juice, peaches, apricots, mango, papaya, pineapple, passionfruit, lemon zest, orange zest, white pepper corns and barnyard. Mouthfeel is very dry, crisp and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter, slightly fruity and slightly funky with crackers, grass, dry soil, tropical fruits, pink grapefruit juice, pine needles and lemon zest. Amazingly fruity and yummy...

[5/4/13] Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Slightly hazy yellowish golden with a big creamy white head. Lovely aroma, somewhat funky, with nice fruity and grassy hops and a bit of wood. Sourish fruity flavor with some wood, nice funk and a moderately bitter finish with some fruity hops. Medium-bodied. Great and refreshing.
