Surprisingly light lactic sourness for Cascade. Nice grape notes from the Nelson. Golden is clear and clean underneath

Gulbrun klar med hvitt skum. Lukter trevirke, drueskall, svovel og eddik. Lett. Fruktig, sur noe syrlig smak. Vinøs i smak, fat, noe epler og honningmelon. Kort.

7-4-7-3-14 Can, six months after canning. Pours yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is lactic notes with floral notes, grapes, stone fruits and citrusy hops, as well as wooden notes. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid with fruity notes of grapes, apples, white berries and stone fruits, as well as citrusy hops and wooden barrels. Puckering, semi dry finish. Nice and quaffable, but lacks a bit of complexity to make it real interesting.

12 oz. Aroma has notes of Brett, oak, lemon. Pours clear golden with a one finger bone white head that falls into a ring pretty quickly. Taste is moderately to highly sour (8/10) with flavors like the aroma descriptors. A masterful low ABV beer—top notch.
