A unique blend for Baileys anniversary of an imperial wild red ale blended with a sour red. The blend of Port, Bourbon, and Red Wine barrels gives a subtle complexity to the soft acids and rich hop profile.

On tap @ Bailey’s Taproom, Portland, Sixth Anniversary Barrel Aged Fest. Pours hazy dark redly golden, with a small airy head. Aroma is quite surprisingly rather hoppy, with whiffs of sour. Creamy body with soft carbonation. Flavour is sour with oak and balsamic vinegar, as well as tart fruity notes of grapefruit and wine grapes. Tart fruity finish with grapes and wild cherries.
