16 oz can. Aroma is sweet malt, creamed corn, slightly peppery. Pours clear pale golden with a thin immediately collapsing bone-white head. Taste is crisp and clean with mild bitterness backing the bready malt sweetness. Body is about as perfect as can be for style—plenty of carbonation, velvety. Really crushable.

Pour is a Uber pale yellow with a large white head. Aroma Is a neutral pale malt. Flavor is about the same, a pale bread malt. I don't know what Cassava Starch is but I did not get anything out of left field with this beer. A very light but drinkable beer.

Brewery draught, 1/18/25.
Clear, peach-toned brass. Small, white head, good retention.
Lightly floral nose with a bit of cracker and hints of honey-like malt. Clean. Low hopping.
Light-bodied with a mix of cracker and biscuit. Just enough texture but still light and drinkable. Low bitterness, just a bit of floral character. Mostly grain character. Clean and well-made.

4 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Clear, super pale yellow, nice head w/good retention & no lacing. Aroma is pale/Pilsner malt, mild fruit. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste.
