Aromas are malt, biscuits, cut grass and minerals. Flavors are similar to nose adding in a touch of hops. Lightly sweet at first going to bittersweet. Just right body and carbonation. Refreshing and satisfying. Good pilsner.

16 oz. can. Crystal clear, golden appearance. Nose shows pilsner malt, mild minerals, yeast. A good deal of honey and a solid backing of biscuit and minerals. Soft black pepper. Clean and clear, with no aggressive hops. In the mouth it's malty, clean and very crisp.

Pour is a clear bright gold with a large white head. Aroma is cracker malt. Flavor is more cracker malt but then comes that herbal and peppery hops finish like the description says. Very flavorful and noble hop forward German pils.

Brewery draught, 1/18/25.
Sparkling brass. Clear.
Bright, well-hopped with light white bread and tons of rich herbal and pepper notes. Crisp and clean.
Richly malted, properly attenuated and well-hopped. Fresh herbs leading to a bit of lemon and black pepper with rich baguette and honey-like notes lingering.
