Blend of Missouri Wild Ale, Oregon Apricot Wild Ale, and California Peach Saison.

Times & Places is our 3 way collaboration with our amazing friends at Sante Adairius Rustic Ales and de Garde Brewing. We have been lucky enough to have known these amazing people for close to a decade thanks to the lovely beers we all try to create. Times & Places continues our blending collaboration process by sharing finished beer with each other, and then letting the host brewery finalize the blend to be released at their location. This is the second Times & Places, as the first was released at de Garde and the third and final will be released at Sante Adairius in the future.

For our release, de Garde shared with us their "The Apricot", which we blended with a Saison with Peaches from Sante Adairius. Once here, the blend of their two beers were back-blended with Saison du Fermier and a Missouri Wild Ale to give our version the Side Project signature. As with all of our blended collaborations with DG, this beer is once again another beautiful beer, representing our friendships and the years we have all know each other!

375mL bottle blend #1 drunk 8/21/25.
Clear, hazy, bright beeswax. Small, white head to edge.
Peachy-apricoty-oaky. Hints of vanilla, wheat, oak tannin and soft juicy fruit.
Okay but not super acidic with tons of juicy fruit. Rich apricot, very ripe tasting. Earthy, okay rich, buttery with vanilla and plentiful malt. Good attenuation. Cherry and peach with rich oak and malt lingering.

Bottle thank any Clark after the stouts this hit the spot with refreshing and fruity. Nose is very fruity and some wine barrel. Tastes of soft peach , white wine, apricot, quite oaky not too puckering. Fruity finish.
