Draught@CPH BF 2013. Amber colour with a small creamy head. Aroma is sweet malts with some mild bready notes along with some floral and grassy notes to it. Flavour is floral and grassy bitterness with a nice crispy maltiness to balance it up. Good ESB with a nice soft bitterness staying for a while in the finish.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, wood, light yeast. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, caramel, wood notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130525]
