Black color with a frothy tan head with medium duration and nice lacework. Aroma has notes of toasted malts, molasses, coffee and ripe fruits. Flavor has notes of coffee and black chocolate, slightly somiky hints and traces of molasses. Medium creamy on palate, light bittery in the final with roasty notes.

Botella de 33 cl de Beerbox, tomada en casa en marzo de 2013. Color negro con espuma algo oscura y 7.5 vol. Cuerpo ligero - medio y algo denso que se acentúa al calentar. Sabores no muy tostados y quemados con algunos toques afrutados. ---- Una porter singular, buena. De las tres que he probado de la gama Bedow ( Summer Pilsner - Wild Winter) esta es para mi la mejor.

Aroma: strong caramel, chocolate, nutty, umami.

Taste: dry, bitter, very nutty, sticky with a acid-roasted bitter finish.

Impressive porter.

Pitch black with a nice, tall, fine head. rich malt nose, chocolate, coffee, lots of umami. rich, salty flavor, a bit sweet, with chocolate, soy sauce, coffee. Full and good.

Bottle 330ml.Clear dark black brown colour with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, dark roasted. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, malt bitter, roasted, sweet roasted, molasses, dark roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130515]

33cl Bottle from Plovmand, thanks Thomas! Black colour, big moccha-brown head. Aroma of moccha, lots of chocolate, coffee, vanilla, sweet, hints of cabbage. Flavour is medium-sweet, hard roasted malts, coffee, moccha, chocolate, soy sauce, moccha and coffee bitter finish with some hops. Medium-bodied. Very tasty. Not much of all the orangejuice or peel mentioned on the label.
