Bottle. It’s a lighlty unclear one, orange-golden in color and with a small, off-white head. The aroma has a good dash of orange, with pine cones, grapefruit and some pale malts. It’s quite bitter, with grapefruit, pine cones and orange hints. Some pale malts brings balance. It’s rather dry, maybe a bit too dry. Medium body. Lasting bitter finish. A quite tasteful beer, easy drinkable but maybe too dry. 130216

Bottle from Jacks, Westholme Stores, Goring-on-Thames, Oxon, consumed at home, Thursday 20th September 2012 Pours mid gold with a white head, there is a touch of haze, really crisp, fruity and dry at end. Wonderful beer, like the pithiness across the tongue, like the dryness, like the beer, up there with Kernel, this is a cracker. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 3.9

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with some yeast chunks floating around, average to huge, foamy, lasting, lacing, white head. Slightly floral ephemeral hop aroma, also some heavier fruity notes of citrus and grapefruit. Taste has no "basis" in a way, grapefruit notes on the medium level, bitter hoppy overtones with a citrus touch, lasting bitter hoppy finish.
