We’re ecstatic to unveil Long Time Gone, a brand new 5.2% Belgian Saison. Characterized by its pale color and high carbonation, this beer presents a flavor profile full of fruity notes reminiscent of oranges and lemons, complemented by a peppery spice that distinguishes it from traditional clove. The slight malt character remains subtle, while the beer's slight haze and fast-rising bubbles enhance its refreshing qualities. Dry, and a perfect beer for sharing among friends, after work or as the sun sets.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: clear golden yellow color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: white pepper, lemony, grassy, orange & lemony tones, light cracker malt backbone
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to lightly spicy undertone; finishes orangey with the white pepper and cracker malt backbone
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, light smoothness and a little bit of pepper assertiveness but even that's a little bit of a stretch
Overall: pretty nicely done saison worthy of coming back to.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention soaps and recedes leaving spot lacing. Coriander and meadow aromas. Medium bodied with sweet band aid and melon upfront turning to earthy peach pit and citrus pith in the medium length finish.

16 oz can. The aroma of lemon, cracker malt, pepper. A mild lingering lemon throughout the sip with bready malt and a nice crispness. Soft lasting white pepper finish. Really well constructed and exceptionally refreshing. Great!

Canned 11/7/24, drunk 2/11/25.
Good clarity, pale-brass. Large, white head, slowly to cover.
Smells true to the commercial description (pepper in place of clove, the way a real saison should be). Gentle, dainty citrus, cracker and honey from the malt. Clean and bright.
Oh yeah, that's full of plastery-cellar-pepper-stonefruit (for lack of a better way to describe it). Quite flavorful for its size. Maybe a bit forward on the citrus and there's A LOT of pepper, growing almost fatiguing. The citrus and strong malt takes away, a bit, from the delicate nature of a good saison's character, but you can't deny the compelling charm of this yeast, whatever they've used. Malty and substantial with good attenuation.

Can at home. Final RB rate? Cloudy yellow soapy head. Nose is fruity and grass and cloves. Tastes of spicy clove, anise, grass, lemon and oranges. Herbal finish. Crisp palate. Sweet finish. Delightful.
