Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2013 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear dark brown colour with a average, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, medicine, band-aid. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, dark roasted, medicine, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130524]

Draft. A brown beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of alcohol and malt. The falvor is sweet with notes of malt, chocolate, and caramel.

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Pitch black colour, brown head. Aroma is liquorice, wood, mild lactic notes as well as some mild chocolate and roasted malts. Flavour is fruity, ashy, toffeeish, mild alcohol, some chocolate as well as some slight liquorice. Quite pleasant, but a bit boozy as for the flavour.

DØE. ALmost black with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and liquorice. Flavour is roasted malts, strong chocolate, coffee, medium sweet, liquorice and medium bitter.

From tap. Pours hazy brown with a small to fully gone head. Aroma is toasted malty and caramelish. Chocolate, bitter and dark roasted malty. Lingering chocolate. Smooth fruity. Bitter and toffee malty into the finish.

Draught. Salt liquorice aroma. Black colour. No head. The flavour is very roasted, slightly vinous. Also a little bready with a rough and citric bitterness in the finish.

Sample @ DØE. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, coffee and hops. Nice and bitter.
