At Copenhagen Beer Festival, May 2013. Hazy golden with a small white head. Malty aroma with fruity, herbal and spicy notes. Dry spicy and herbal flavour with pepper and rosemary in particular

Draught @ The Bishops Arms, Ny Ostergade 14, Copenhagen, Denmark 1101.Light unclear medium yellow orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully to mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, light to moderate hoppy, peel, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, tart fruit. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, peel bitter, fruity, spicy yeast, saison yeast, tropical fruit, citrus and sour milk notes. IMO. berliner weiss alike tart - sour. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130427]

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruits, mild farmyard, yeast, spices and some zesty notes. Flavour is spices, some citrus, mild earth, yeast, sweet malts as well as some herbal notes. Refreshing.

Draft @ DØE Ølfestival 2013. Pours a hazy golden color with a white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty weak hoppy citrus aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty flavor with weak hints of citrus. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.

Draught, 6.0%. Cloudy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is rather citric, has a little spice. Good isotonic mouthfeel. Clean.
