  Berliner Weisse - Flavoured Winter
Score
6.68
ABV: 3.8% IBU: - Ticks: 7
Part of our seasonal sour range Edna is a Berliner weisse style beer with sloe and sea buckthorn berry. These fruits are traditionally harvested after the first frosts of winter. The frost breaks down the tough little fruits and sweetens them, a process known as bletting. We’ve used them with a sparing hand to add subtle complexity and a blush of colour to the beer.

Too easy. Mildly sour, very sessionable, not particularly getting the sloes or sea buckthorn, but very pleasantly fruity
