Red Hook Pilsner offers a very soft palate and malt flavors that are offset by a medium dose of distinct Czech hops to bring out its authentic flavors. Clear Yellow, Light and Quickly Dissipating Head. Mellow and nothing to taste. Besides light sweet malty aftertaste there is nothing else going on. Hops? What hops? No bitterness at all... Easy to drink and enjoy on a hot day but is nothing special and forgettable.

12oz bottle from Westholme Stores, Goring. Amber with a tight white head; classic grassy aroma; rather sweet and grainy body; with some carmael at the finish that overpowers the rather floral hops.
