Craft 100 at Craft Clapham. Cask. Hazy amber beer, small white head. Palate is light and a little crisp. Light malts, mild caramel streak. Red berry fruits with mild marmalade and lemon. Light semi dry finish. Not bad.

Gravity Dispense at Pig’s Ear BF, London - 05/12/12. Lightly hazed dark amber with a thin off white head that clears to the edge. Nose is caramel malt, hops, pine, light grapefruit, other tropical tones. Taste follows nose with more emphasis on bitter tropical fruit tones, lighter on the caramel malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, bitter finish. Decent.

Cask at Pigs Ear BF 2012, London. Pours clear, rich gold with a fine, bubbly white head. Gorgeous aroma of dank pine and juicy, ripe citrus fruits like orange and grapefruit. Medium sweet flavor with great balance, plenty of pine, grapefruit and leaves. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous to finish with semi-ripe orange, tangerine, light citrusy tang. Excellent session beer. Takes the ESB style and brings it into the 21st century. Perhaps the best beer of the festival.
