Pigs Ear. Clear dark brown beer, little tan head. Neutral palate with moderate carbonation. Dry. Rich coffee, espresso and slightly tangy. Trace of malt sweetness. Not much else to report. Unapologetically a coffee beer!

Light to medium sweet flavor with lots of coffee, moderate earthy bitterness, tobacco. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately sweet finish with dry cocoa, rich and bitter coffee. Solid coffee porter. Quite robust.
