Cask from the wood, half pint, at the SPBW 1st National Woodfest, Castleford. ABV is now 3.9%. Golden colour, thin white head. Nice aroma of coriander and curacao oranges, also toffee. Tangy citrussy and mildly spicy flavour, good one.

On cask at Woodfest 2017 Castleford - Clear gold, decent head. Nose is grassy and citrus, not much different in the taste. Bit uninspiring golden one.

Bottle from Rheged. Appearance - golden amber with a thin head that disappears quickly. Nose - mainly toffee. Some citrus and bscuit if you go searching for it. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - a solid citizen.

Cask at the Brown Cow, Dalton-in-Furness. Light to mid gold, with a loose white head and lots of lacing. Lemon, bread, grass, malt and a bit of butter in the aroma. The taste is bittersweet with a tiny bit of sourness. An intriguing peppery note as well. Light body, smooth mouthfeel. A slap of unexpected bitterness in the palette. This won’t win any awards but it’s a decent enough brew.
