Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce indizi di luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida offre una visione offuscata. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, agrumi e pompelmo rosa.

750ml Bottle with a pizza lunch at Eataly, Genova, Italy, Thursday 9th February 2017 Pours hazy light to mid gold with a nice white soft head. Good malty base but with a good brusque hoppy bitter bite, goods soft mouthfeel, light citrus, a touch soapy, really good beer, dry, lazy lingering finish. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 3.9

Draught @ Open Baladin, Rome. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, honey, fruity hops. Flavor is malt, yeasty, fruit, light citrus, orangepeel, little spice. Medium body, average carbonation. 090414
