Bottle. Tropical fruit nose, funky durian and ripe mango with some oxidation, orange, pine. CLoudy orange-gold. Resiny, oxidized flavor. Sweet. Too old but not bad.

Hazy golden amber color. Frothy white head. Stinky nose with durian and dried mango. Medium body, but not enough body to support it. Prickly bitterness. Not bad but a bit simple.

Bottle into a taster showing well filtered deep gold with sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of pineapple, pine, and strong malt backbone. The palate is light bodied and moderately carbonated. Strong pine forwardness matched with an equivalent sharp bitterness.

Bottle at the Golden Coins, Ekkamai Taproom, Bangkok. Poured a hazy medium amber with a short-lived fizzy white head. The aroma is caramel malt, toffee, fudge, light citrus fruit hop. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter with a woody, hop, fruity, light alcohol bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. For the ABV, this is a smooth fruity beer, with the alcohol well hidden and zero burn. The aroma is superb but the enjoyment dies away the further into the palate you go. It's a very decent beer, but part of me doubts that it's actually 8.5%.
