Cask (gravity) @ The 18th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2012, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a small to average, open and frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, light yeasty, UK yeast, wood notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, wood, caramel, dark malt, dark fruity - raisin. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120504]

Cask conditioned at Reading BF 2012. 4.3% deep brown colour lasting thin beige head. Tasty enough brown mild some dry malt flavour. Drinkable slips down decent mild

Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Deep amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruity and floral with some raisins and mild caramel notes. Flavour is fruity, floral with some mild roasted notes and mild herbal and ryelike notes as well. Pleasant.
