Bottle 500ml.Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, tart, berry, redcurrant, wood. Flavour is moderate sweet and acidic, light bitter with a long duration, berry - redcurrant, wood, light grape - wine. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130406]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a reddish amber with a rough off-white head. Manure in the nose - acetobacter? Medium body, rotten fruit, wood and spices, balsamico. Ends as it started: tart. 060413

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden brown with a small a small tan head. Aroma is bretty, wineous and lingering fruity. Bitter and overripe fruity. Smooth fruity and citric lingering into the finish. Wineous and citric to brett.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are brett, wood, malt, berries, fruits and hops. Nice and sour.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy reddish brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, sour fruit, bretty and wood. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish with warming alcohol. 060413

A dark reddish copper ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma,wild Brett and ground cherries, epsom salts, not bad. In mouth, a harsh malt with astringent corky notes, ground cherries, a bit of horseblanket, butterscotch. On tap at FoBAB 2011.
