In front of me is a pint can that I got from the local beer shop, probably overpaid for it, what are you going to do? My Great Heights snifter is in place, I make the pour. A semi-transparent, orange-gold body with an appropriate top of snow white foam. The scent is mostly tropical with citrus thrown in. The taste goes a different direction, for the good I think, a bit more punch. Honeydew melon, berries, the hops working their way through, some lemon and dry crackers. Enough bitterness to account for. Okay beer for the style which is not top of my list.

16 oz. Aroma has notes of cantaloupe, peach, strawberry. Pours hazy orange golden with a two+ finger cream white head with excellent retention. Taste has a moderate pithy bitterness with flavors like the aroma; finishes very dry. Alcohol is noticeable, but doesn’t taste close to 9.7%.
