Keg at the brewery tap. A clear light amber orange coloured pour with a a thin beige head. Aroma is mellow dank hop, burnt orange rind, spicy citrus hop. Flavour is composed of medium Base malts, biscuit, hint of toast, grassy citrus, orange rind, little burnt rubber hop character. Palate is semi sweet, frothy, drying finish.

On tap at the brewery launch Ponders End. Clear amber brown colour lasting beige head. Jeremy Gray said it had an odd flavour and he was right. A nutty grapefruit. Some toffee. Odd beer. Quite dry. Nutty as i say. Not a premium lager more a Marzen i would say. Dry and hoppy on the finish.
