Bottle at home in London - picked up at the Offy in Whitstable. Pours totally clear gold with a lasting, creamy white head. Simple pale grains in the aroma, a little lemon peel, damp straw. Light sweet flavour with further grainy, pale malt character, some grassy bitterness, moderate astringency, grain husk. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Finishes with a further astringent note, more grassy bitterness, husky grains, faint plastic, citric hops, some further peel. So so overall.

Bottle at The Thomas Tallis Canterbury. Hazy amber lasting white head. Some caramel on the aroma. Some biscuit in the mouth. Some vague hop on the finish. Mostly a biscuit golden ale. Ok condition. Ok flavour.
