Cask at Beer House, Newcastle airport. Golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and citrusy aroma. Taste is malt, toffee, yeast with some fruity, citrus and vanilla notes. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK.

On cask at the Haymarket. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - light custard and malt. Taste - more of the same. Not that much to get excited by. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a dry but slightly astringent finish. Overall - not special.

Cask at the Golden Retriever, Bracknell. A pale amber pour with a thin white head; grassy aroma with a touch of citrus; rather sweet with a fruity taste; and a clean bitterness. A pleasant quaffing ale, but nothing to make it stand out.

Cask (Pleased To Meet You, Newcastle) - Golden with a white head. Lemon and biscuity malt are in the aroma. Faintly hoppy taste with notes of pineapple and lemon standing out.
