Clear and golden with a creamy, frothy white head and a subtle aroma of sweet malts. Medium bodied, with a hint of graininess, there's a spicy, peppery kick to it with some floral bitterness balancing out the sweet malty flavour, and a bittersweet finish

Cask @ Corbet Arms, Uffington. Clear golden with a small head. It's a strong tasting ale with some hops trying to break through. It has a very mild sweetness in both aroma and taste.

Cask @ Three Fishes, Shrewsbury [050417]
Golden, crystal clear, thin white head
Aroma - not getting anything initially, then soft vague pale fruits
Taste of sweet pale malts, syrupy, slightly spicy, apricot, i’m not liking the sweetness
Palate - Medium body, oily, too sweet for my palate. Finish quite dry, bit more bitterness amongst the syrup
Overall - Too oily sweet syrupy for me, not my cup of tea.

Lightly hazy gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry. Decent fine carbonation. Fairly sweet pale malts, whisper of cream. A little floral bitterness brings some balance. Whisper of marmalade, well buried. Not a lot going on here but it’s still manages to be very drinkable. Clever!
