330 ml bottle. Pours with a heavy black, opaque color and a nice brown head. Sweet nose of milksugar, followed by roasted malts, dark chocolate, mocha and maple syrup. Very full bodies. Big mouthfeel. Taste is not as sweet as the nose. Fine flavors of mocha and chocolate, nuts, vanilla, creme brûlée and roasted coffe at the end. Very nice bitter-sweet finish. I dont like Porters so much...but i love Omnipollo! Great stuff, guys!

Draught at Hatten. Pours black with a brown head. Aroma of macadamia nuts, Nutella and chocolate. Thick sweet with a taste of chocolate, nuts, coffee and dark fruits. Over the top, yet dangerously drinkable.

Aus der Flasche im 2017-09 getrunken. Fetter dunkelbrauner Schaum erhebt sich über diesem IS. Dann...ist das ein Liebstöckl (Maggi) Aroma? Als der Schaum auf die hälte gesenkt hat nimmt diese Note schon deutlich ab und langsam kommt ein Aroma eines Schoko-Mokka-Sahnetörtchens auf. Ist dann die Schaumkrone weg kommt wirklich eine Waffelnote dazu. Verrückt! Am Gaumen unglaublich cremig mit einem leichten prickeln von Kohlensäure. Hier steht sorgt eine fette Mokka-Schokoladennote für Spaß im Glas. Im Hintergrund kommt kurz eine Wohldosierte Hopfennote auf, die eine mögliche Süße im Hintergrund hält. Es scheint hier treffen das cremige Yellow Belly auf das mokkalastige Selassie. Wiedermal so ein sensationelles Stout von Omnipollo.

9 4 8 4 17 Bottle at home. Black with a ring brown head. Aroma of maple syrup, dark chocolate, cocoa, nutty notes, light lactose, vanilla, coffee, soft cinnamon notes, and yes, some waffle. Flavour is light heavy sweet and bitter. Full bodied with a thick sticky texture and soft carbonation.

Bottle at beerlovers bar. Pours black, small dark head. Smell is pure maple. Taste is intense, creamy, thick, maple intensity. Coffee, dark chocolate. I dont get the cinnamon, which is a good thing to me. Absolute gold !

Bottle shared at home. Black with thin tan ring. Dark roasted chocolate malts, caramel, custard, maple syrup, hazlenut, coffee beans, pastry, cinnamon buns. Big sweet and smooth roasted bitter with earthy tones. Full body, silky smooth and big sugary sweet, soft carbonation. Nice treat.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Black with short lasting brown head. Maple, lots of roast, instant coffee, cinnamon, vanilla, green leaves on the nose, waffle, sweet red berries, waffles, creme brûlée, mocca custard. Very sweet with roasted bitterness. Full bodied with low carbonation. Very nice but one small glass is more than enough.
