On tap at Leibhaftig in Berlin. Hazy yellow gold color. Large foamy white head. Fruity wheat malt nose. just a hint of banana. Flavor has sweet wheat malt and fruit flavors. Orange, banana and lemon. Clean and crisp middle. sweet malty finish. Tasted on 8/20/19.

Very safe and nicely made german wheat beer. Just a good example of the style. Lacking some of the nice bubblegum/banana flavours in the best. Leibhaftig Berlin

Fra fat på Leibhaftig Berlin 10 Jan 18. Gusjegulbrun. Uklar. Kritthvitt tett skum. Lett gjæraroma. Smaken søt appelsin. Litt tynn.

One tap at Leibhaftig, shared with Finn. A white tophead reduced to a remaining layer. Golden body with wheat haze. Fruity wheat on the nose. Mid-sweet fruity flavours with moments of coriander and wheat. Mid-dry banana sweetness to the ending. Fits the style. (Berlin 10.01.2018).

(Keg at Leibhaftig, 20140419) The beer poured golden and a little bit hazy. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had clove, banana and fruitiness. Palate was somewhat light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, clove, grass, malts, mildly banana and low bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and mildly bitter. A clean mild Hefeweizen.

Draft @ Leibhaftig, Berlin. Dorée-orangée sur un léger trouble, col crémeux blanc. Arôme de grains, levure sur léger ester, pointe de banane et fruité avec une petite note d’épice de girofle en rétro-nasal. Palais reste axé sur une levure légère offrant un agréable ajout ester et certaine épaisseur en fin de bouche. Touche d’épice qui complète un profil grains assez épais tout cela pour une belle rondeur en fin de bouche. Le côté grains garde un aspect poussiéreux.

Fresh tasting. Has light citrus / orange notes giving it a pleasant sharpness. The finish is a little sweeter.

Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, yeast and banana. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long banana finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Draught @ Leibhaftig, Metzer Str. 30, Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin Germany 10405.Murky matt medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast, moderate to light heavy banana and clove. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, clove, fruity, banana. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is soft. [20121221]
