On tap at Leibhaftig in Berlin. Hazy medium gold pour. Large frothy beige head. Grainy malt nose. Grassy and minerally notes. A bit of bread and crisp hops in middle. Very drinkable with their German Tapas. Medium bodied with some light bitter hops in finish. Tasted on 8/20/19.

Fra fat på Leibhaftig Berlin 10 Jan 18. Lys gylden. Middels høyt kritthvitt tett skum. God aroma av gress & malt. Smaken mest gress med innslag av korn.

One tap at Leibhaftig, about 4.9 % abv, shared with Finn. Near clear straw coloured body, rocky, white tophead, spotty lacing. Modest smell of grass and pale malts. Sweet pale malts to the taste buds hints of bread and distant noble hops. Mid-sweet ending. Okay pilsener. (Berlin 10.01.2018).

Draught @ Leibhaftig, Berlin. Fresh, grassy and slightly buttery pils with some grainy malts, hay and earthiness. Okay.

(Keg at Leibhaftig, Berlin, 20140419) The beer poured golden and quite clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grain, grass, fruitiness, malts, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, grassy and bitter. A very tasty pils.

Tapped into a pottery stein so not sure about the appearance. It’s a fresh bitter pilsener with low carbonation. Pale malts come through well.
