Draught. Hazy orange with a thin head, quite gassy. No aroma, maybe a touch of cigarette smoke. Flavour has an orange start with a dry lightly smoked finish. Disappointing

Cloudy amber-brown. The aroma is mostly kit beer, maybe with a light dark malt accent. Sweet taste, fairly yeasty with a light smoke accent. Off-dry finish.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is smoked, mild ham note. Smooth mouthfeel. Malty flavoured, subdued smoked. Sweet caramel. Ends with a slight smoked note coming through.

08/03 Draught at the brewpub. Slightly hazy orange body with bigger yellow head. Weaker sweetish aroma, woody with some dried meat. Fine sweetish flavor, has some smoked notes, but it’s caramel and toffee dominated. Thinner in body with shorter sweetish caramel finish. Somewhat dry meat here as well, but nothing much. I would prefer a bit more smoked malt, but it’s nice beer anyway.

Draught at the brewpub. The recipe has changed slightly I guess. Poured a bronze body with a small white off white head. Soft malty nose, sweetish. Hm. Light sweetish raubt.. I mean rauchbier, quite subdued smokeyness, light pancetta near the end, somewhat sweaty. The smoke is a little too light but it’s nice enough.
