Draught at Beer O’Clock, Annecy. Dark gold, clear as a bell. Slightly sour apple, a bit of funk in the aroma. Finely balanced sweet-sour taste. A tiny bit of alcohol burn in the finish; this tastes stronger than it is. Cinnamon and squash in the aftertaste (how very autumnal). Simple as you like, but very nice indeed.

Draught. Dark yellow colour. Moderate Apple aroma. Some barnyard notes. Moderate sweet Apple flavor. Dry barnyard notes. Average finish. Nice sweet and dry cider.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Århus. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are dry tart apples, sulphur, fruits and has a nice dry semi sweet finish.

Draught @ Pub Nelson, 20, rue des Couples, Strasbourg, France 67000.Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, tart apples, red apples, warm sweet apple, light horse blanket. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, fresh, apples, red and yellow apples, warm sweetapples. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20121003]
