Slightly hazy medium gold body. Sweet honey and sweet grapes on the nose. Taste is bitter grapes, juiciness, and little mead character. Sweet for sure, with some bitterness and the two elements aren't working very well together.

2012 bottle, pours a clear yellow. Nose brings out moderate honey, light grape skins, and a touch of vinous quality. Flavour is dry, with grapes, light honey, and dry oaky vinous quality. Decently balanced with a tart oaky finish.

Bottle from the meadery, synthetic cork
Pale yellow color. The aroma is delicate, it could as well be a mild Pinot Gris and not a mead. The mouthfeel is semi-sweet, with light carbonation, with honey undertones, and a very good blend of white wine and mead, soft.
Balanced and elegant, although not overly complex.
