Cask (gravity) @ The 18th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2012, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, wheat. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask at CBC - Clerkenwell, London during the 1st Birthday Celebration. Pours cloudy orange with a fine, white cream head. Nose holds a good bit of wheat, straw, light yeast. Medium sweet flavor, some bubblegum, straw, wheat. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Fairly sweet to finish, light dry straw, more wheat, mild yeast, faint dry dough. Very solid.

Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is wheat, some floral and wooden notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, a bit wheaty, some mild herbal notes as well as some caramel.

Cask gravity at Planet Thanet Bf 2012. Hazy gold with lasting white head. Lemony aroma. English style wheat rather than german. Lemony cereal rather than any bubble gum. Refreshing though. Yes refreshing and lemony.
