500 ml bottle @ Geokkjers Lambic Farm, courtesy of yngwie. Dark brown, almost black body with a creamy beige head. Mild roasted malt aroma with a hint of coffee. Flavor is mild roasted malt with a hint of chocolate and dry fruit. Medium body and more roast in aftertaste. OK, but pretty straight forward in flavor.

Bottle. It pours next to black, looking clear, and with a finger-thick, light tan head. Roasted nose with coffee and chocolate, some hints of dried fruits. Hints of black pepper. Soft and medium bodied, semi-dry. Roasted malts, chocolate, coffee hints, and a touch of dried fruits in the flavor, lasting for a good while. Sure a nice beer, but I bet it would be a really good one if it was boosted to 5.5% ABV. 120326
