Flaske 0,5l. Spandert av Rune under hyggelig treff i WCveien 11 Jan 14. En skikkelig gusher! Svart. Lavt skum. God aroma av kakao. Smaken er kaffe & sjokolade. Tørr melkesjokolade. God men litt uvariert.

500ml bottle, brygg 128, 4.7 %, beer gift from Ellen in Trondheim. Shared with friends. A real gusher. Most of the content saved in a big mug. Overflow of creamy, fawn-coloured foam. Coal black body. Solid lacing. Nicely roasted aroma of cocoa and grain. Rounded flavour profile of cocoa, dark fruits and dusty hops. Roasted malt bitter ending. Soft in the mouth. Fine bodied. Tasty stout (Tromsø 11.01.2014).

A 0.5l bottle from #126 shared with Inbreak @ Hotel Room. A big lasting almost fluffy brown head on top of a near black body. It has a really coffee roasted aroma with a good amount of chocolate sweetness. Highly enjoyable for a lightweighter. The mouthfeel is what you can expect for a beer of this caliber, and the carbonation level is just above average. Dry roasted malty flavors with a little coffee kick. Also tones of caramel, but it tastes like a dry stout this. Actually really tasty. 25.05.2013

500 ml bottle, from the brewery. Brew #89. ABV is 4.5%. Malts are pale, crystal, flaked oats, roasted barley and chocolate. Hops are Chinook and Columbus. Black colour, moderate tan head. Lovely aroma of fruity and piney American hops, some roasty and chocolate notes in the background. Dry flavour, again fruity American hops but not very bitter, roasty notes of coffee and dark chocolate, a hint of liquorice in the finish. Not bad at all, especially considering it is only 4.5%. .
