Clear copper-amber color, good creamy off-white head. Light sweetish fruity-malty nose (apples). Light to medium bodied. Flavor has mainly woody and nutty hoppyness and maltyness. Some lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Simple.

Cask at the CASK Pub & Kitchen during Meet the Brewer night, 4th October 2010. Copper with thin white foam head decaying to a ring, Citric and yeasty notes in aroma. Citric, grassy and slightly cheesy in-mouth. Rather bitter finish that develops nicely. Pleasant textured mouthfeel.
