Bottle, keistered by fiulijn for 6 years, pours a deep dark mahogany / chestnut brown with a tiny head. Nose is full of red berries, toffee, brown sugar and sherry-like oxidation. Flavour is intensely sweet, cloying brown sugar notes, sherry-like oxidation, alcohol and red berries. Cloyingly sweet even for an ice cider, but it works okay. Not one of the more complex ice ciders, but it's pleasant.

Bottle. Thanks to fiulijn. Pours a hazy murky amber dark golden color with a no head. Has a fruity thick strong apple aroma with weak hints of vanilla. Sweetish woody strong apple flavor with some weak tartness. Has a sweetish strong woody spicy apple finish.

Bottle 375ml. clear glass, corked.Clear medium amber orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, sweet apples, light wood and oak, sulfur. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apple syrup, red apples, sweet apples, light sulfur. Body is medium, texture is syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light light alcoholic. [20130222]

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a clear amber. Lovely aroma of vanilla apples – no amazing! Rich, thick syrupy aroma. Thick, sweet body, lovely sweet apples, loads of vanilla yet with a late, slight tartness adding balance. Simply amazing. 230213

Golden color. Very nice aroma of ripe apples, sweet, a bit caramelly. Very sweet, with a good degree of acidity; flavor of ripe apples, apple juice, some stewed apples.

37.5 cL bottle, thanks to fiulijn. Pours clear and golden deep orange with no head. Aroma is dense apples and promise of something citric. Citric, sweet and dense apples fruity. Almost syrupy, but with a mild tartness. Sweet and dense apples finish.
