Cask at the Pembury Tavern, Hackney, during the February Festival 2011. Pours rich, clear gold with a foamy white head. Basic pale malt nose, not much else. Don't get much in the way of spice or lemon in the flavour, some muddled malts is all. Light bodied with fine carbonation. A bit of odd spice in the finish, sugar and bread. Faintly dry with low bitterness. Ho hum.

Cask handpull at Pembury Tavern. Copper no head. Not much ginger or lemon. Its not great.Bit bland. Not great condition.
