Cask @ The Sportsman Inn, Hyde. Dark amber-gold with a thick creamy head. Its a notch above an ordinary bitter with a light crisp medium to high bitterness. Has a small fruity aroma.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Cask handpull at Market Porter. Proper brown bitter colour with lasting beige head. Just a slight tinge of rubber on the dry malty flavour. OK best bitter. Good malts, some toast, but a little rubber too.
