A version of Worcestershire Sourced dry-hopped with UK Cascades especially for Pig’s Ear beer festival. The base beer is made with the only Cascades grown in Worcestershire which are in extremely limited supply. A whopping 7.2kg of hops went into this brew plus the dry-hops; enjoy, hop-heads!

Pigs Ear! Clear gold beer. Fresh hoppy nose. Zero carbonation. Fresh grassy grapefruit. Dry finish. Very nice beer apart from lack of carbonation.

Cask gravity at Pig’s Ear BF 09. Some hop on aroma. Hoppy on finish. Fullish in mouth, decent citrus hops and flavour soe orange fruits. Grew on me. Decent and well made.
