Pigs Ear! Clear amber beer. Zero carbonation. Some toffeeish malt and well balanced fruity hops with quite a bitter edge. Doesn;t make muster!

Cask gravity at Pig’s Ear BF 09. Copper colour, some diacetyl on aroma, but this doesn’t affect it too much. some nice toffee, bit of dryness on finish. OK.
