Pigs Ear. Almost clear amber beer, little white head. Light dry palate. Mild sweet malt, mild dried fruit hops. Dry finish. More EBBS. (English Bitter Boredom Syndrome). Except this is Welsh!

Cask, gravity at The White Horse, Hedgerley, Bucks, Saturday 18th August 2012 Pours light amber, good clarity. Fruity beer with a little underlying sweetness, some sacchrine flavour, bit drying at end. Nice but the weakest of those had so far. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0
