Well-made session bitter with a nice bite of papaya stonefruits. Easy-drinker. Can slam it all night long.

Cask @ Port Street Beer House, Manchester. Hazy amber with a thin head. Mildly sweetened hoppy fruity ale, not too flavoursome though as it’s slightly thin tasting.

On cask at the Black Swan, Pickering. Described as a standard bitter by the lady behind the bar. Appearance - deep amber to red with a nicely proportioned head. Nose - red fruit and light cake. Taste - loads more of the same. Cherry cake. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a lovely balanced finish. Overall - a lovely bitter and nothing "standard " about it.

Clear, dark amber beer with a thin bubbly head. Light fruity aroma, flavour follows suit but there’s quite a malty caramel flavour as well. Quite rich. Very drinkable.
