Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours near black with a grayish brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet dark grains with a lot of roasted malts and a touch of bitterness. Flavor has notes of dark grains and bread with roasted malts underlying.

Draft pour pint at the brewery. Pours a dark muddy black with a tan fizz head. Very hoppy porter here. Roasted malt covered by hops aroma. Flavor is light chocolate and light roast, and quite a refreshing porter. Quite nice

Draught at the brewery
Black color with compact head. It’s a roasty Stout, rather dry, with a good American hopping.
Very good.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear dark brown color with a medium tan head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee and hops. Medium-bodied with a roasty character of coffee plus some chocolate malt and hops. The finish is malty with a mild coffee aftertaste. Above average overall.
