Served from a mini cask at the Thornbridge tasting at The Rake. Belgian estery banana aroma. Uses a Belgian trappist yeast. Some maple sweet malts, some hop. In mouth it’s softish, toffeeish. Not hugely carbonated. Banana/nutty/hazelnut, brown ale. Caramel. Caramel bananas. Just a little flat. Some hop on finish. Interesting.
